Biography

I have been with the City of Arlington Parks and Recreation Department since April 1983. Prior to my service here, I was employed by the Texas Department of Human Services in Wichita Falls from 1972 to 1982.

Educationally, I have a BS in Recreation Administration from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls and an MA in Urban and Regional Affairs from the School of Urban and Public Affairs at the University of Texas at Arlington.

I am married (Theresa) but we have no children. Theresa is a life long resident of Arlington and I have been here since 1983.
